Purifoy Studio is a creative direction studio based in New York. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

When you submit the Start a Project form, I receive the details you provide: your name, email, company or brand, website or Instagram, a description of your project, budget range, timing, and how you heard about the studio. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that email.

This site is hosted on Squarespace, which automatically collects basic technical and usage data, such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, and may use cookies to do so. You can read more in Squarespace's own privacy policy.

How I use it

To respond to your inquiry, understand your project, and decide together whether we're a fit. To keep reasonable records of client conversations. To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so I can improve it.

What I don't do

I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Who it's shared with

Only the service providers needed to run the studio and this website, such as Squarespace for hosting and form handling and my email provider, or when required by law.

How long I keep it

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time by sending a request through the Start a Project form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
